Integrated Management System: the objective
The objective of the IMS is to ensure more efficient control of all company-relevant processes in quality management, environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

Throughout the Group
The competent IMS officers provide the documentation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the IMS valid for all locations, organise internal and external audit and certification programmes, coordinate and support topics of legal compliance management and are responsible for assessing customer satisfaction throughout the Group.

ISO certified
RHI is externally certified according to ISO 9001:2008 (quality) at 36 locations (production and sales organizations) and according to ISO 14001:2004 (environment) at 28 locations.

In occupational health and safety, RHI has successfully achieved certification to the international Occupational Health and Safety Management standard OHSAS 18001:2007 in May 2013.
Thus a solid international basis for continuous improvement in H&S was created.
